Kanna and L-Theanine
What is Kanna?
An indigenous South African plant that has been used for centuries as a herbal remedy and natural mood booster. Traditionally used to support many aspects of brain health including relaxation, mood, and overall mental performance.
What is L-Theanine?
A naturally occuring amino acid primarily found in tea that promotes relaxation by reducing stress and anxiety levels.
What are the side effects?
In the rare case that side effects do occur at the recommended dose, they may include mild gastrointestinal upset, headaches, or bowel movement irregularity.
What are the risks?
Kanna can impact serotonin reuptake inhibition which may interact with other medications and/or supplements, so to be sure to speak to your health care team before introducing Kanna into your regimen.
What is the recommended dosage?
Suggested use is 1-2 gummies daily, when needed. Each gummy contains 25 milligrams of Kanna extract and 75 milligrams of L-Theanine.
